PROCESS

Consultation Call

This is where we discuss everything about your session! We figure out what style of shoot you’re looking for, what themes or props you would like to have in your portraits, all the way down to the clothes/colors that will best suit your ideas for your session. Once we finish this consultation, you’ll know when your shoot will be, what to bring, and you’ll know that your vision will come to life when the shoot day arrives!

Shoot Day

This is the day that we planned for! The day we get to have fun and make that vision come to life! You’ll start the day off with hair and make up. Then move on to the actual shoot where we’ll create beautiful photos that will become legacy keepsakes for your family for generations.

Reveal Session

After the images are all edited, you will be invited back to the studio to see your finished photos for the first ime. This is the time when you will pick the images you absolutely love and order. There is no hard sell. My job is to take such incredible photos of you that you want to purchase them all

Once the ordered prints are received, you will be notified and see your prints for the first time!

My name is Ben Sanchez, and I am a portrait photographer based in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

I want to show you what your loved ones see in you every day.  I want to collaborate with you to create the perfect portrait session that will express the real you! I want to create legacy prints that will outlive me and be cherished by your loved ones for generations to come.

  • A portrait session will go anywhere from 2 - 3 hours. Hair and makeup usually takes around an hour, and between an hour or two for the actual shoot.

    Headshot sessions vary based on outfit changes, whether or not hair and makeup is desired, and so on. These sessions tend to last between 30 minutes to an hour.

  • It is my job to position you to look your best in front of the camera. I will direct you, even down to hand placement and expression while making you feel as relaxed as possible.

  • I love capturing portraits in studio. Whether it be seniors, families, maternity, headshots, bestfriend shoots, or professional portraits just because. I will provide you with the best photographs you have ever seen of yourself and your family!

  • We will have a reveal session the following Friday or Saturday evening the week after your session where you will see all of your photos.

  • This is the third part of our session process.

    • The first part is the consultation where we go over all aspects and design / book your shoot.

    • Second is the actual shoot day where you come into the studio, get fixed up with a local hair and makeup artist, and then have your photo session.

    • Finally, we have the reveal session. This is the day you come back into the studio to see your fully retouched and finished photos for the first time! This is also where you get to decide the images and products you would like to purchase.
